| Which games from the other Final Fantasies do you like? Favorite? My favorite is FF X. People rag on FF IX but I think FF IX brought back the true world of "Final Fantasy," and not all this technology and machine crud. It was a true fantasy world. |

The storyline was nice, the summonings were awesome and played a significant role in the story, the ending was nice and nice parings at the end. The graphics were good too. _________________ Reality Marble (Twilight Night) "I have walked the path of the Twilight" "The light is within my heart, but the darkness resides in my soul" "I have decided upon my fate" "Unknown to death nor known to love" "Have withstood pain to walk this path" "Yet I walk Alone" "So as I proclaim, Twilight Night"

| Well let's see the characters were well developed and carried some type of burden The summonings actually had a decent role in the story like the thunder summoning guide garnet, how mog became a summoned spirit, the ending had zidane + garnet, steiner + that other knight _________________ Reality Marble (Twilight Night) "I have walked the path of the Twilight" "The light is within my heart, but the darkness resides in my soul" "I have decided upon my fate" "Unknown to death nor known to love" "Have withstood pain to walk this path" "Yet I walk Alone" "So as I proclaim, Twilight Night"

| But isn't that just a typical FF game? Good story, in-depth characters, and elements that all tie-in. FF X is the best example of that, and one of the reasons I love and revere FF X the most. But the difference in FF IX for me was just plain-old Fantasy, FF VII took place in an advanced world with machines and airships with some mythology and aliens. FF VIII was seriously modern with machine guns and submarines and the whole chabang. FF IX went back to the little country villages here and there, some major cities, good ol' regular swords and magic and pure Fantasy. |
