Heres the deal. I really like Real Drive, a vastely under-rated quality finsihed anime. But the only ones who have translated 15-26 are a group or two called "Ureshii-Saizen" I am very unsatisified with their translations that make it very hard to understand.

Someone from a group called Shinson subs has the translation scripts for those episodes, but says lack of interest made it so those scripts were never turned into subs. That group and a offshoot of them called "the metal"'s translation of the episodes are much better with episodes 1-14 IMO.

If this belongs more in the request a series forum, I apologize, please move it there then. I wasn't sure where to put it.

I think I could get those translation scripts, but I know nothing about incorporating them into video files(nor would I want the plot spoiled as I did the work) Plus if this were to be done, it should be available to everyone, I know nothing about how to present such for distribution for other websites.

So in short, might this be something you guys would be willing to do? If not, might you be able to point me to someone who might?

There's a tutorial on Fansubbing on the site but....I'm not that good at it

We're a manga scanlation group. Unfortunately we do not subtitle anime. If you can afford to, try paying Dattebayo to sub the episodes for you or appeal to an anime subtitling group.

What one would you recommend? A number I have checked out won't even take requests.(explicitely forbide them even)

I don't have much for money, out of curiosity, how much does dattabayo usually charge, ballpark? (tens of dollars? Hundreds of dollars?)

If you have something to say to me, come out with it, show the maturity and niceness that I know your capable of since I've seen it before with your help. Unless there is some other way to take that post that I just can't see.

If you need something subbed and have enough free time and he scripts, then it's possible to do it using Aegisub. The problem is the encoding, I couldn't figure it out how to fix that. We have a tutorial on subbing on the site though

A tutorial on subbing on this sight? Link? Well if you who have some knowledge in the area can't figure it out, I will probably fair worse.

When doing the work, wouldn't I need to see the script itself in the process, thus have those stories spoiled for me?

And if I did the work, assuming I can, how would I then go about disseminating it to the major distributors of such things? Do such sites care much about the credentials of those who send them work?

Well, yeah you would need the script.....so you'd be spoiled.
I believe the sites act similar to how our releases get out, we post it here and in 24 hours its everywhere

So I would have to have it posted on a site known for releases?
