Close the moderator group. Unless of course you're accepting moderators. Add a General Chit-Chat forum, and a quick-reply feature. Also you should make a forum or category for updates on series status or download links and whatnot. You should also add a policy for releases, such as "No hosting without permission," etc. You should make a thread somewhere for tutorials for beginners, even if you're not training beginners so that people who are interested can start somewhere. Also, people who request a series shouldn't be forced to help in some way...

Are eroge considered games or doujin games?

Eroge depend on if it was fan-made or official
I've added signatures, I usually don't mind having my releases posted aslong as the credits remain

I find it's a lot more efficient than a free forum and searching through board after board replying to stuff. Being able to reply to everything in the same channel is priceless in my opinion. I also find that it's more sociable and let's you connect on a deeper level with people.
