Yeah, too bad NISAmerica has been slacking on localization

Its not entirely their fault, as NIS stated in a recent interview, a lot of the time the data is already corrupted before they receive the copy, so they end up having to ask the origenal creater for another copy to work with.
However, I do blame NIS for allowing games such as Ar tonelico II through, without properly testing them first.
The good side to things is, since NIS received so much criticism over Ar tonelico II, they'll probably work ten times harder on the next projects they release, hopefully.

Fine not entirely their fault, but they better work harder on the next game or hell shall rain down on their sale profits
